" In my opinion Walters motor group is definitely miles ahead of their competitor motor traders in Norwich. Offering great value for money and customer service that exceeded my expectations meant I didn't hesitate to make my purchase with very lovely sales lady Debbie. What that girl doesn't know about cars isn't worth knowing about. I was impressed that a used car would be sold with such confidence, which I guess was down to the car being put through a full independent vehicle inspection carried out by the AA, this extra service on their part is one of the many things that impressed me and that sets them apart from other companies. For extra piece of mind I bought the extended warranty, knowing that I could go back to them and they would process any claims is was what sealed the deal for me as I prefer dealing with people face-to-face who are there to help speed up the process. If you're looking to make a purchase make sure you drop by, you won't be disappointed. We will be a returning customer for sure! "
