Every time I walk into Alfie and Bella's, I am greater by a brilliant, kind, friendly and helpful team. Any question I have is always answered and I always leave satisfied. The shop itself is very well presented, it is clean and has a modern feel. I have been going to Alfie and Bella since the first day I became a dog owner, and will continue to go for as long as I live in Bristol.
Just off the downs it is the perfect place to drop into before or after a walk. A must for all dog owners. 🐾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "

" Went to get some wet cat food. Saw some reduced that looked great and Was told it was some of the best, but the packaging was being updated and the foods were the last stock, no problem there.
Both my cats were very ill and quite distressed after having the food, and after checking the packaging, it transpired that the food was out of date. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew this and should've been told.
Returning to my previous wet food has resolved the problem immediately.
Please communicate the whole truth about products.
Otherwise, a lovely store with a great atmosphere. "
