" Faultless. Like a small five-star luxury hotel, but better thanks to genuinely warm greeting and hospitality throughout, fab food (when did you last have toast made with homebaked bread?) and attention to detail - my wife asked for fruit tea at breakfast, that night we saw bags of it had been added to the tea & coffee area in the room. Lovely room and garden too. Why go anywhere else? "

" Good location close to town centre and beach. Comfortable, clean pleasantly furnished rooms in an Edwardian character house. Every effort made to make our stay enjoyable with special touches such as fresh flowers in the rooms for example. Breakfast was taken in the conservatory, juice, cereal or fruit/yoghurt and the main course cooked to order as you required using quality ingredients. The hosts Peter and Martin were friendly and professional, lovely people. Staying here made our seven day holiday. "
