Entrance and exit to car park it rather narrow and often there are vans parked so it can be difficult driving. "

" It is an awful store. Staff know customers. Which in itself isn't a bad thing but there is a fine line between customer service and chatting to your mates and ignoring the customers. 95% of staff are very bad. There's an old chap who mans the tills who is an example to everyone in that store. Courteous, helpful and friendly. The worst ones are the ones at the customer service/tobacco desk. They are beyond crap and will happily ignore you at the expense of a good chat with their mates, colleagues and have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! "
