" Went and ordered shed on weds payed for it as they said I had to I told them I will pick it up Sunday as I hired a van they promised me it would be ready when I got there Sunday they said they hadn't even took it down from racks and had no forklift drive that day to do it I was dimming took over an hour to get it sorted out the manager couldn't even talk to me to explain or apploagise then stage said well if got it shed what's up with u arrrrgh so adamant would not stop here again total useless worst company in uk "

" I went here and got wood. My mate said he got wood here too. It's a good place to get wood. JB Valeting said they do polish for cars but they can polish cars professionally so I got JB Valeting to polish mine. I still got wood here though and was really happy with the wood I got. I recommend getting wood here. I also bought paint and found it very reasonable as there are always offers on. I can say I will be back for more wood soon. "

" Rubbish miserable unhelpful staff on the so called help desk. No key for the toilet. Why is it locked anyway? Staff wouldnt announce over the loudspeaker for the key. Obviously someone had used the key and then went shopping. Will never visit this place again. "

" This has to be the worst B&Q in the country. Its Spring, so everyone is sprucing up their houses and gardens. I went in for masking tape...... and they had none at all confirmed by the BQ assistant . I looked for some interior filler.... not the expensive, overpriced tubes but the ordinary sort in a packet, you add water to. They had none...... This happens regularly with the Northwich store....... they have no stock, the shelves are untidy, products are in the wrong container or box..... best go to the DIY shop on the estate behind the store...... they had it and it is a lot cheaper then B&Q "

" A person called Tom was super helpful and dealed with the situation really well. My nan needed a middle bracket for a curtain pole as the pole she had got from B&q was missing despite the other poles having them in the package. Tom looked through the system to see if he could refund us or replace the bracket for the pole. Everything was sorted within 2 minutes. My nan is such a stress head so I apologise if she caused him any stress too! 😂 "
