" Horrible experience! Never again! I hoped for a relaxing day yesterday with my friend but unfortunately it ended up as a disaster. We had a relaxing spa day and a lovely lunch in the Cafe. My friend and I decided that we would like to join the gym, so we asked the lady on the reception (long black hair-don't remember the name) for some information. That was the point, when everything went down. I don't know if she had a bad day, but she treated us was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Absolutely not helpful at all. Instead of helping us she just started having an unnecessary attitude. If this wasn't enough a huge fight around the swimming pool and police investigation convinced us not to join this club. "

" Staff were very welcoming and helpful but was very disappointed with the facilities. The pool area had no space for relaxing, once you had finished swimming you just had to get changed. You also needed to provide your own towel which I have never known at a spa. Consequently I had to buy one of the packs. The towel was extremely old as was the robe. This spa does need modernising urgently would not recommend. "

" I took my girlfriend for a spa day... Oh my goodness what a great decision (for me as much as her) I didn't realise I could be so chilled from the therapies. Lovely staff with magic hands and a good attitude. Really enjoyed my day!
Relaxing, fun and easy going. Would go again 10/10. "

" Good facilities though overpriced. Poor maintenance if anything breaks or is damaged it will be like that for a long time. The changing rooms and toilets often a mess. They have a high turnover of staff who dont seem to care. "

" Honestly not great... My treatment was clearly rushed, she ignored the problem areas i explained- and didn't ask once if the pressure was ok. I can forgive the lack of service outside of my treatment but I would at the very least expect these basic expectations to be met. I was told to go to the relaxation room, which i didn't even see since i I was ushered back out to a busy reception to be "shown around". The facilities were nice, but I wasn't really given the time to experience them. I was made to feel like i was on a conveyor belt and definitely do not feel relaxed. Would not recommend. "
