" Lost £700. Went to deposit £700 on 3rd November 2016. Put money in the machine, in put all details correctly. machine took the money and no receipt given. complained to staff, they said maybe paper roll finished. 5 days later no money went to that account. Still searching for money and staff not helpful. "
