" Sales team unhelpful when looking to purchase a brand new car, associate wanted to sell a low spec model because it was due in stock within a week (although lead times weren't a problem) and I was trying to replace a top-spec model. Aftersales also extremely poor if you didn't originally buy the car from them. Used to be top-notch but would not recommend after several problems with the dealership team. -UPDATE: Damage to the vehicle was a proven warranty issue and inspections from BVM were found to be incorrect. All resolved from a dealership who provided over and above the level of service I used to expect from BVM. "
