If you are looking for a place to begin your Martial Arts training in the easiest possible way, then you have come to the right place.
We nurture all of our students to help them get the most from their training and we are especially careful with new customers. We (the instructor team) all remember how nervous we were when we attended our first class, so we do our best to ensure that YOUR first session will be simple and stress free.

We're excited to add the Pulham Primary School Summer Fayre to our calendar for 2019! We'll be performing a demonstration at the fayre, as well as handing out information about our classes in Diss and Harleston. If you're free on Saturday 13th July and fancy coming along to help out, please do! The more the merrier.
