" I went to the Travel Health clinic at Boots where the main pharmacist was superbly attentive and helpful. His service was outstanding compared to all the other Boots I have been to in the UK. His passion for his profession clearly shows! Such high standards aren't hard to top! Keep up the good work Lancaster! :) "

" I am an international student who required several travel vaccines and Boots pharmacy was incredibly accommodating and considerate of my time and requirements. I had two visits and both were amazing! Hadeal administered my first two vaccines and when I had a reaction, she spent an extended period of time with me until I was better and then contacted me a few days later to ensure I was doing alright. When I returned the following week for my other shots, Lukmaan assisted me. He spent time ensuring I knew about the potential side effects of all the drugs and how to administer the ones I needed to take on my own. All the staff were friendly, punctual and professional. Thanks so much! "
