Those of you moaning about inconsistent sizes in slipper stitching should really €$¥# off to tkmaxx as this guy deserves better. Drive to the lakes, have coffee, buy some stuff and have lunch by the lake or better still stay the night!
We had a great experience at this shop and at the wood burning centre next door .

" Really poor customer service. Ordered some slippers 6 weeks ago, still not arrived. Spoke to them 4 times on the phone and was assured they would be sent. Now I can't even get through on phone\email. Have contacted my bank for a chargeback. Worse customer service ever, avoid. "

" I wish I had read the reviews before ordering gloves online. They arrived promptly but one hand was bigger than the other. I rang and spoke to Rick who sounded doubtful of my claim but he asked me to return them which I did on 30th January 2015 together with a letter referring to our conversation. I waited two weeks but received nothing. I tried phoning several times but the phone was never answered. I emailed but no response there either. I phoned again on Friday 20th February and finally spoke to Rick and asked him if he had received the gloves I returned. He couldn't tell me but said he would ring me back in an hour. Needless to say I have heard nothing further from him - Trading Standards will be my next call!! "
