" Genuinely cool place that I remember my dad taking me to when I was a kid so it's been here a fair while, a nice atmosphere, good selection of drinks and nibbles, I've also had a nice breakfast here more than once, it's not a huge place, and the layout lends itself better to smaller groups, though having said that, I think that's probably one of my favourite things about it, great to come anytime for a coffee or beers or a snack with a couple of mates and have a catch-up or plan world domination "

" I have been going to Café Tabac for years and I must say it is my favourite bar in Liverpool. The staff are always friendly, the food is nice, drinks are great and the atmosphere is really good. It's a great place if you like 'people watching' the best vantage point is one of the tables at the large windows, sit yourself down, order a drink and watch the world pass along Bold Street.
If I offer one criticism it that there isn't as much live music on Tabac as there used to be eg. Gypsy Jazz 🎺 bring it back on a regular basis.
