" The sales team for Vindis Audi were great and when it came to selling me the vehicle they were helpful and keen to call me back for the sale. I wish I could say the same for the Service Department. My vehicle has been in 4 times to sort out the same issue now and I get the impression that they are just not interested. I was promised a call back multiple times but never received one and it wasn't until I kicked off a massive fuss until I actually received a phone call back. Twice when I had the vehicle back the interior and exterior was returned in a disgusting state - mud on the floor scuffs on the trim and this time some white paste spilt on the back seats - make your own call of course, but if you need you vehicle serviced (even warranty work) I certainly recommend you stay clear of Cambridge Audi (Vindis Group) "

" The look and feel of Audi Cambridge is pleasant and, on the days I visited, the welcome and assistance by the reception staff was polite and friendly. Adam, my service representative, was a very nice chap who was helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The service and brake fluid change I had visited for appeared to be completed without issue. Unfortunately the experience was let down due to the information and pricing supplied via the AudiCam service by the technician team. I was informed a tyre was punctured and irreparable requiring a tyre replacement at £240, and that my front brake pads were worn which would cost £285 to replace. This seemed extortionate considering a set of Audi OEM front brake pads for my vehicle are circa £55 (from Audi) and I've changed them myself previously (without a car lift) in under an hour, which should equate to no more than £120 labour at even the most expensive official Audi dealership. After calling garages including other official Audi dealers and receiving prices between £105 and £179 for the brake pad change, and £169 for a like-for-like replacement Michelin Sport Pilot 3 tyre (including fitting, new valve, balancing, and old tyre disposal), I understandably took the car elsewhere to have these done. And it was then I discovered that the puncture that Audi Cambridge had said was irreparable was easily and completely safely repairable at a cost of £20. The bad information I'd been supplied and the, frankly, audacious pricing that I'd been quoted by Audi Cambridge would have left me at least £230 out of pocket. The experience was a real shame and obviously hasn't left the best impression. "

" Great experience buying a brand new car from Audi Cambridge. Ryan Hovells was particularly helpful and would definitely recommend for anyone looking at getting an Audi in Cambridge. Even afterwards once the sale was completed he and the team were very helpful on other occasions. "

" I went in today to buy some floor mats and ask about a warning light that was on in my car. I was hoping to get information and possibly book an appointment. The service team took a look immediately and had the problem fixed right away. I'm extremely impressed with the level of service and I'll definitely be returning for any future service appointments. I would highly recommend Cambridge Audi! "
