Cherish-UK is a private scanning service based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands specialising in early pregnancy and fertility scans.
We recognise that some women wish to have a scan when they do not meet the guidelines for referral to an NHS service, or they may not wish to wait for the next available NHS appointment.
With over 20 years gynaecological experience we are committed to providing the very best service, at competitive prices, to meet the individual needs of our customers. The scan service is complemented by expert advice and information relating to the scan findings.

Our services include:
Early pregnancy scans from 6 to 16 weeks
Many women and their partners want the comfort of knowing their pregnancy is healthy during the first weeks. A scan from 6 weeks can usually determine whether there is a heartbeat and will give reassurance that all is well.
Cherish-UK offers a specialised scanning service relating to all aspects of early pregnancy whether it is for reassurance or because there has been bleeding, pain or a history of early pregnancy complications such as miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.
Fertility Scans
Many couples who are having Fertility Treatment abroad, or at a location some distance from their own home within the UK, want the facility to access an ultrasound scan on a particular day of the menstrual cycle.
Cherish-UK is able to perform the specialist scan and fax or email the result to the chosen clinic. This allows more flexibility for couples and reduces the amount of time spent away from home during the treatment cycle.

At Cherish-UK we offer many other services, such as blood tests and swabs, to ensure you are assessed and treated appropriately. This is why a TRANSVAGINAL ultrasound scan is so important in the early weeks of pregnancy. The top image is a transabdominal scan showing an intrauterine pregnancy and a possible ovarian cyst. The bottom scan is a transvaginal scan showing the intrauterine pregnancy and a co-existing ectopic pregnancy. Although still rare, heterotropic pregnancies are on the increase due to the number of women having assisted conception.
