" I'm very pleased with my TT, but through no fault of mine - a paperwork glitch caused by a departed salesman - it took over two hours, at the end of a long day, to finally get my hands on the car. By way of apology, I was promised a bottle of champagne, that has not, after two weeks, been forthcoming?! Also the inside windows had not been properly cleaned in places - I expected better... "

" We recently bought a second hand A4 from Audi Cheshire Oaks. The salesman David Mano was exceptional. Every member of staff is professional and friendly. The car we bought is stunning inside and out, David got it brought up from Swindon for us after we spotted it in the Audi website. David insisted we brought the car back to them after we noticed a few small marks. To me this is why you buy from Audi. We cannot thank David and Audi Cheshire Oaks enough. "

" I normally loathe buying cars! But my recent experience at Audi EP changed that-sales Executive Malcolm proved to be a master at his job; excellent communication skills, wide expanse of knowledge and his pleasant personality made the whole 'sales episode' simple and enjoyable!

" Today was supposed to be my first experience of walking in to a car showroom with the intention of buying a brand new car. First of all there was there was no obvious customer parking. There was a sign for customer parking pointing in the direction of the showroom but no more signs or obvious available parking. After looking round the A3 in the showroom we had to try and find someone to talk to. The first person we found wasn't able to help (he could only do used car sales) but we were told someone would be with us in 10-15 minutes if we could wait. From where we were sitting I was presuming the people in the dark area away from the showroom were the salespeople. Some were with customers, some were on the phone, some were talking to colleagues, one was eating. Waiting customers must come last. After 30 minutes we inquired at reception, there was apparently still nobody available as they were busy so we left.
There are other Audi dealers and other car makes. I will be either going to one of them or as my first "new car" experience has left me wondering whether it's worth paying the extra premium for a new car I may end up buying nearly new at my usual hassle free car supermarket.
One star only because my father got a coffee,,, he drank it as he talked about Mitchell Skoda bacon butties. "
