" Bought a suite of furniture for lounge. Very patient store assistant. I took all day to make up my mind, but she helped me all the time. Beautiful furniture, very good price, delivered on time. Love them. "

Thought of reporting it to the manager, who didnt appear as if she cared any less
Obviously, Pratts seem to have made enough money that they do not need more business
