" This is our local cinema. We see a lot of films here. Last film we saw was Thor : Ragnarok which was good and the funniest Marvel film to date. I've recently been to the Everyman cinema in Chelmsford to see Blade Runner 2049 and I thought the sound was better at Cineworld. Food and drinks are always expensive so we don't buy them in the cinema. There's a Marks and Spencers food hall about 400m across the car park where you can get cheaper sweets and drinks if you want. "

" I own a black cinema card and I'd say I more than make up by going to see films regularly, but when I originally got the card a few years back it was £15 a month, it's now about £17.50 and will most likely continue to rise.....okay fair enough, but lets touch on the rest of the cinema...
The screens are too dark and dull, always feel like I need glasses because the picture is fuzzy, I do not, it's your screens. The sound is off as well, it's either entirely too loud or far too quiet.
The smaller screens are actually the best for sound and pictures which is silly as new big films debut in the larger screens.
The toilets / whole decor of the place is in serious need of an overhaul, and with the prices you charge, I'm sure you can afford it...
The general public are rude and obnoxious with their phones and talking but hey, people are out of your control....aren't they? "

" This is a nice cosy cinema to go to and there are lots of nice restaurants around to have a nice meal before proceeding to watch the movie of your choice. "

" We went to see a live streaming of The Bolshoi Ballet's performance of Sleeping Beauty. The quality of the performance was top notch and there was no loss of signal. Braintree cineworld has a wheelchair friendly entrance and has seating at the front on a level floor for those with mobility issues. "
