From January 7th, Great Yarmouth Community Trust will be offering Community LIFE. This all inclusive programme for families and adults aged 16+ offers the community a variety of classes and activities. Regardless of age or ability, whether you're an expectant mum or an older person there is something for you!
Classes run from the Priory Centre, Priory Plain, Gt Yarmouth, NR30 1NW. (Near Sainsbury's and St Nicholas Church)

All classes are FREE throughout January!!! Thereafter they will be just £3.50 each or pay £30 for 10 in advance.

Bootcamp 9.00—9.45am
Mummies in Motion 10.00—10.45am

Bootcamp:
A circuit style class including cardiovascular exercises, body weight exercises &resistance training such as using weights for a whole body workout.

Mummies in Motion:
Sudio based class for expectant or new mums. Designed to help fat loss and tone tummies. * Suitable for anyone who gave birth naturally 6 weeks previous or 12 weeks for c-section.

Exercise to Music:
Grapevine, march & box-step yourself fit with this easy to follow aerobics class.

B.A.B.E.S:
Bumps and Buggies Exercise Sessions are a great way for mums to get in shape. Predominantly exercising outdoors with babies in buggies. *See Mummies in Motion.

Abs Attack:
Blitz those bellies with a class devoted to just toning tummies.

Legs, Bums & Tums:
A class dedicated to working towards improving everyone’s least favourite areas.

Salsacise:
A fantastic fusion of aerobics and basic Salsa and Latin steps to burn calories and tone hips, tummies and thighs.

Move to Improve:
A chair based activity to help improve flexibility, balance, mobility and maintain independence suitable for older people or less able 16yrs +

Midday Meander:
Starting in March! From walking to running, whatever your pace, join us for a Springtime Stroll!

Stretch & Strengthen:
Combining Yoga, Pilates and toning & conditioning exercises , this class is great for relaxing whilst improving posture and flexibility.

Family Fitness:
A session for the whole family to get fit and have fun together.
1 adult to 1 child ratio, children aged 4—10yrs .
