" I was at the centre making a delivery to one of the other shops. I couldn't find a way to get out of the service area and onto the concourse so i phoned Costa and cheekily asked if they could bring a coffee out to the loading bay for me. Much to my amazement the young chap said it wasn't a problem and in a couple of minutes i had a nice hot cup of coffee brought out to me complete with sugar exactly as i had ordered.
The service at Costa is usually pretty good but i'd say that went above and beyond the call of duty.
