" Basil Fawlty is alive and well - he's running this hotel ! As well as having an interesting approach to customer relations (I was told to feel free to leave if I wasn't happy about an issue with my room), it's a throwback to the 1980s. If you're looking for a room in the Lakes, my advice would be to keep looking!! "
