" We found this hotel through Trip Advisor, looking for a hotel close to Carlisle at a reasonable price. When we arrived Carla on reception was very welcoming and quickly got us checked in and off to our room. Our room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we would expect from a 3 star hotel. We did not eat dinner here but did have breakfast and was good value for a full English. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. "

" About 25 minute walk from the centre of Carlisle. We were only there a short while so was fine for our purposes but a bit expensive for what we got. Free parking on site which was easy to find. Could do with a bit of updating but reception staff were friendly "
