" I didn't actually visit the store when I last purchased a product form Currys PC World, I decided to use their online service instead and it was excellent! I have bought a few things from this store in the past though, a new cooker, fridge freezer, laptop and I've always found it to be reasonably priced store with good service. My only gripe is that the floor staff aren't very knowledgeable about the products on show. "

" I accidently ordered an item here over the intenet on 16 th december 2016 instead of my local branch. I realised straight away and arranged for the item to be cancelled and refunded for. Now on the 10th of january and 3 phone calls later the item is sitting at this branch and the money has not been refunded. Very poor communication and for ever on the phone waiting to get this sorted. "

" I can always get what I need from here, they carry a lot of products so something is always in price range.... Staff will give you sound advice without pushing you to sell.... Every so often they have some deals that are just out of this world..... good store..... "

" I'm seeing bad reviews from people but I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable, products are of a reasonable price and general service is great. I think people are more likely to leave a review when mad rather than happy or just satisfied and that's why there are so many negative reviews but I'm giving it a positive one for all the years I've been going. "
