" Ladies in the dune shoe
Department made me feel like a criminal following me round the shop and taking a pair of boots from my hands once they had heard my liverpudlian accent. Practically called me a thief while I carried the boots around the shop floor. I was very embarrassed and put in a full complaint. The ladies were fired but I will never shop there again after being made to feel discriminated against and humiliated. Used to be a very very good customer "

" Debenhams is one of my favourite shops as I can always find what I want here. I love their Blue Cross days when you get some really good bargains. It's a shame Henry Holland seems to be online only now as you could always buy a unique piece of clothing from there. The home section always has some good designer items that you are unlikely to see anywhere else. "
