" Wow, really shocked to see such poor reviews - I went in a few months ago to have 10 inches off - from a long style to a bob and I absolutely loved it! my stylist is great! I go back regularly and no complaints.
Prices are much cheaper than any decent salons locally. "

" Honestly the worst haircut I've had, I went here because my barber was shut and I needed it done before a wedding and it honestly just felt like they wanted me out of there, for a decently high price the cut was poor and the service was terrible!!! I left the shop with wet hair!!!! "

" I had been going to the salon for 1 year now after Fridays visit I went back to have a word with the stylist as I was not entirely happy, the manager was horrible got no where upset and insulted threated me with security all stylists were against me expensive too like to colour and hi light my hair at £71 which is not needed every 6 weeks as found out unprofessional staff manager unfriendly cold and no apology for junior hurting my head when she started to give me a scalp massage avoid this getto full of trash "

" Very disappointed. I visited you for a trim on 15/07. The woman assigned to cutting my hair started off fine then went on to line the bottom of my hair with clippers (the type I've seen mens hair cut with) - never ever ever have I had my hair cut in this way. She didn't appear to be very enthusiastic and she said "it gets on her nerves" because it gets so busy. It made me feel like she was rushing to get me out asap. To top it off, that afternoon I realised the woman had only trimmed one side at the front. I'm not a hairdresser but I'd like to think trimming long hair is pretty basic stuff. Let's just say I won't be popping in again! "
