" Throughout my time of going to Ealing council I had always received horrendous customer service, up until today. Thank-you to Geena Dee she is a amazing employee and not only meet customer standards but exceeded them!
If I was in charge of the progression available there, I'd make her a customer service director for Ealing council because of the employees that work there can take a page out of her book in terms of how to deal with the general public. "
