" My husband and I travelled from Coventry to visit Evans Halshaw - and I have to say going by some of the previous reviews we were slightly apprehensive. But our experience has been first class from all the members of staff. The moment we walked in ( on a windy and cold morning ) we were offered a hot drink - which was very welcome! Most of our dealings were with Simon - and he was terrific. We weren't subjected to a hard sell ( we would just have left if we had felt pressurised ) but instead Simon professionally explained all the spec about the car that we were looking at. We were able to take the car out for a long test drive to get the feel of it as Simon wanted to make sure it was the car for us and would suit our needs. No one wants to buy a car ( which lets face it is a huge expenditure ) if you feel you're not getting value for money or good customer service. On both points neither my husband and I could fault the members of staff at this showroom. "
