" Avoid at all measures - poor quality products and appalling Customer Service. I have tried politely to sort my problems out but not getting anywhere. I would not normally leave reviews (good or bad) but in this case I think it is warranted. Beware if you buy a Limestone Fireplace as it may not look the same colour as it does in the showroom but they do not tell you about this. "
