" Called in to book a winter break, waited in the reception area for about 10 minutes without being attended to, went over to a smartly dressed young lady who told me that everyone was busy and I would have to call back in 15 minutes, went out and did some shopping and returned about 30 minutes later, still no one at reception, there were 2 young ladies having a conversation about something and when I asked for assistance I was told that "someone will be with you shortly", waited another 10 minutes and decided that no body was interested in my enquiry,I went home and booked a holiday on line in Teneriffe, leaving this Saturday from Manchester, would not deal with this travel agent again, and would definately not recommend this store. "
