I bought a saab 95 in March, unfortunately it's spent more time in the garage than on the road!
Instead of taking the car back and offering a full refund the dealer is persistent to keep taking the car to find the faults leaving us with an inadequate courtasy car.
Very disappointed. "

" After having new cars and replacing them every few years, I was a little dubious about simply seeking out a car dealer and seeing what they had that might be right for me. As we all know, there are some iffy characters around as prior going to this car site I had left a holding deposit (later returned after some chat) with another dealer only to find that the car in question had some mileage errors as reported by the National Mileage Register/HPI so I was even more edgy about trotting off to another one and repeating the process...I needn't have been concerned. GM Car sales gave me a genuinely warm welcome and offered to get the keys to any of the vehicles that I might be interested in...and that was it. I was left alone to view at my leisure without being hassled or pressured. After expressing my interest in one particular car I asked for the keys and was supplied with some magnetic trade plates and was informed to take it out for a run and to take all the time I needed to satisfy myself that the vehicle in question was totally right for me...Needless to say, the vehicle, which is five years old was spotless..and I mean SPOTLESS!..Not a parking ding or dent anywhere. In fact it still had the "new car smell". Everything inside and out worked as it should. After doing my own hpi check and coming back as clean as a whistle, I searched on the Government website and looked at the MOT history..that too ..was clean. No advisories..nothing, at any time. I decided to buy the vehicle. After some brief and painless negotiations,we shook hands....Not only was I informed that it would be supplied with a new MOT but would also come with a warranty...and along with a Full Service History from the manufacturer....I was a happy bunny!...I would most definitely return to GM Car Sales when or rather IF I needed to.....I've had the vehicle around three weeks now and it performs and behaves better than my previous three and a half year old Ford, which I was delighted to get rid of!....So THANK YOU Shaun for offering outstanding service that allowed me to view your cars at MY leisure and in my own time WITHOUT the BS and false sincerity that I nearly fell victim to at the other dealers. How refreshing!..A 5* dealer. "
