" The best vets I have ever had in my 30 years of owning pets. So considerate and helpful, they really do go out of their way and do everything they can in caring for your pets. I've never seen vets be so loving and gentle to animals like they are at Galedins. Such friendly and warm people to talk to, very positive and reassuring; other vets I've been to have been formal, seemed in a rush to get you out or caused my pets to be stressed. I can't recommend them enough, I've never known a vets like them. "

" Compared to other branches this one is quite modern and set up primarily as a money making machine. Visited with badly cut poor as closer, staff unfortunately only seem interested in using credit card. No real feeling towards animals.
Others have said the same, here animals seem to take second place, at their other local branches it's the other way round. "
