" At central bus station, leaving to Braintree. The bus driver told me to get my ticket stamped by a ticket teller, as I had used the self service station. So I ran to the teller, waited in line and had my ticket stamped, and luckily the driver was still at the dock. I rush over to the door, showing him my stamped ticket, he looked me in the face and reversed the bus, leaving me behind. I have never experienced worse manners and service in my life. Thank god for the kind staff at the Central bus station who saw it happen and validated my ticket for a bus two hours later. I will never recommend Galloway to my friends or include it in my travel plans. Very upset and disappointed. "
