" This place is a little gem in the back streets. The quality of the food was exceptional, the staff attentive to the point that they pretty much kept the restaurant open just for us. All in all a great experience and one i recommend for the food, ambience, beers and just for a good time. "

" My dad and I came for a meal on a Saturday evening and could not fault it from start to finish, we had 3 courses and drinks, everything tasted delicious, staff were attentive and polite, decor is very quirky with a chilled out 'abroad like' vibe. Definitely be returning. "

" Great customer service and very accommodating as we had our new 9 week old daughter with us. For me, 3 things make a great dining experience: the service, the food/menu options/quality and the overall environment. This place ticks all three. Just disappointed with ourselves that we havent been here sooner, given we live less than a mile away! Would highly recommend Either there kebab skewers or the scallops for mains. "

" After being turned away for a walk in at porterhouse.we found gambas round the corner.explaing to the staff what happened..we were found a table and the staff were all very friendly.the place itself is really quirky with all the beach theme...and the food could not be faulted at all.some of the best steak and prawns i have had.will definitely be goimg back and taking friends...thankyou gambas for a lovely evening😊 "
