" We ordered a large amount of Kettler outdoor furniture from this company.
Three pieces came damaged, although the initial response from the company was prompt and they assured me they would replace the damaged items quickly, this did not happen.
I have spent over a month ringing/ emailing chasing the replacements.
Their delivery company, Panther, are shocking- the staff are extremely rude and aggressive.
I have waited in four times now for items to be delivered.
It has taken four attempts to have the three pieces delivered and on the last occasion they have refused to collect the damaged piece, meaning that I will now have to ring again and arrange another collection. "

The communication from the company was fantastic, it was shipped really quickly and is in our garden looking AMAZING now. Great price and great service, definitely recommend this company 😀 "

We ordered a Mulberry fire pit 4 seat set which was delivered very quickly from order and received by the courier firm on Friday. We set about putting the furniture together on Saturday only to find the glass top had been broken in transit. After a VERY short telephone call and a return call, the replacement was arranged to be delivered on Sunday. The replacement glass arrived on Sunday morning, was unpacked and fitted all satisfactorily.
Nothing was too much trouble - an absolute delight to deal with such a respectable company.
PLEASE PLEASE check this business out before using any other !!! "
