" After reading the reviews of this auto dealer, i decided to drive a fair distance to check them out. First impressions the staff are extremely welcoming - going out of their way to ensure you have a hot beverage etc. Upon seeing a motor that caught my eye, I took it for a test drive, the salesperson who accompanied me was professional at all times and very knowledgable.

Now sadly the bad part! The particular vehicle was due a cambelt change 22000 miles earlier, the garage would only replace it at cost to the customer - stating this was reflected in the price of the vehicle. Taking this into account the Vehicle was now severely overpriced and the manager began to utilise pushy and threatening tactics to force a sale eg agreeing to replace the belt in order to make it reliable on the grounds i paid 300 pounds for their 12 warranty, the offer would only stand for the next 10 minutes etc. I did not purchase the car as it surmounted to clear day light robbery. I would recommend avoiding this garage at all costs. "

" excellent independent family atmosphere car dealers. We took our two cars in to trade against a decent second hand one. We achieved the same price as the webuyanycar offer which will as we all know decrease significantly when you arrive at their office. Steve the salesman was well helpful and an honest good humoured guy for a second hand car salesman ;) we managed to drive the car away the same day which is an achievement in itself with all the paperwork/tax/insurance... Well done George son's. "

" Probably my best car buying experience to date.

Becky was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When inspecting the car I noticed the car jack was missing. A replacement was bought and ready when we picked the car up. She was even willing to go to the local Post Office to sort out our car tax when there was a problem with the gov.uk website.

I noticed on the test drive that the car was low on petrol. When I arrived to pick the car up two days later, Becky had put £10 worth of petrol in. A nice touch.

But, for me, the test of good customer service is how a business responds to a problem after the money's been handed over. A few days after buying, I noticed the electric seat height adjustment wasn't working and sent an email to Becky. I had a reply within 20 minutes, followed swiftly by a phone call from Ian (from the After Sales Department) to arrange a date for repair. Took the car in and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

Good attention to detail, no quibbles or hassles over problems, and excellent service from start to finish. "

" Appalling customer service, took my £100 reservation and refused to give me it back! Family and friends have all bought cars from this dealership but never again. Would be 0 stars if it would let me. "
