" 5* so far! I went to grace and lace In march, we booked an appointment and we had such a lovely lady who helped me the whole step of the way, from choosing, to trying on! She really made me feel comfortable ( and you need to be when standing in nothing but knickers ) all the dresses are gorgeous. We went to serenity brides after this shop and the difference in service was shocking! We ordered the dress from grace and lace, my fittings aren't until march but I can't wait to go back, I'm sure the service will be just as high. The only thing that might add a nice touch is a glass of bubbly for the party. "

" Went to both chelmford and Colchester branches, and all the staff was amazing and well trained on which dresses suited my body shape. I felt comfortable and relaxed like any bride should when picking there dress.
So lovely that it is a family ran business.

" This was my first wedding dress consultation and I wouldn't even buy a dress from here if I liked it. The assistant was completely uninterested and left me feeling completely deflated. There was no help to try and hold the dress in place or help imagine the picture of it. I honestly would avoid here for any first time appointments. Thank god they are not all like this. "

" The first time i walked in here i felt ever so wanted by the staff and they couldn't do enough to help me. I was served by someone called donna who was great, not to pushy but the right advice was given. I went over my appointment time but this didn't seem to worry her, she was pleased to help. I did get my £600 dress from here after visiting over 10 shops! Very helpfull staff to make your day as special as you! x "

" This is a really great shop! This was the best wedding dress shop I have been to, and I have been to a lot! I traveled from London to go and it was well worth it! The staff were so lovely, theres beautiful dresses, and a really nice atmosphere. I bought my wedding dress here and I am so happy with it! "
