" hmrc Put customers through unnecessary stress just trying to speak to someone on the phone, it’s like they’re trying to make you upset and stressed before you can speak to them so they don’t have to help you.
I told the person I spoke to I had a panic attack due to the stress of just trying to talk to someone, the advisor didn’t care and continued to talk over me while I was trying to explain myself, he just kept trying to apologise to shut me up without even listening to what I was saying.
They refused to log a complain on my behalf for the stress this caused me and said even if I logged a complaint nothing would be done about it and they have no intention of making things easier to customer to get through. They clearly don’t care about anyone and the staff give horrible customer service as they wouldn’t even recognise my troubles. Complete rudeness and lack of caring. "

" Crooks and unprofessional service. How is it now for the fourth time in a row my parcel have ended up with you. And on average takes a week for you to even look at it. Then and two days to put a charge, then again another two days to see if you can increase the charges even more. Then once again another day or two to release the item. So who pays for the delay in the original service I paid a lot of hard earned money for? Who pays for my neverending calls to you and parcelforce? Who pays for the missing items and damaged goods after you put your paws on it ?? Who do I make the growing bill out to? "
