" Tried to contact the Bike department a number of times, when I eventually got through the next available mechanic appointment was in 8 days. We have a plan to cover labour costs but my son can't wait this long for his bike to be repaired. Popped into different cycle shop they fixed the problem on the spot. "

" Took my great niece to have her car seat checked the guy who served us had been trained in the safe use of car seats excellent knowledge of this he informed us of the regulations Round this .He then checked the seat which was in the car then weighed and measured her told us her seat was safe but had to remove the head rest.would like to congratulate Halfords on this wonderful service and there staff would recommend this to anyone.Thank you so much "

" Popped in after having a suspect dodgy car battery. I must say that the chap who came out to check the battery was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond just changing the battery by also checking the charging system free of charge to make sure all was ok before selling me the battery. Though they charged 10£ to replace and dispose of the old one, a quick Google showed that halfords charged £5 less than anybody else for the replacement battery so for a fiver I thought it was pretty good. "
