" Very understaffed and it's not what it used to be. Great for simple stuff, new oil, replacement wing mirrors and soap for your car. The bike ranges are no where near as good as they were early 2000s. Poor car stereo selection. "

" Terrible customer service. Just bought a car seat 1)They had no advice on size or style 2) they couldn't show me how to raise the head rest 3) I was given a filthy black box and told to carry it to the till at the front of the shop 4) when I reached that till 2 members of staff were stood chatting and didn't acknowledge myself stood carrying said filthy black box 5) Asked questions and told to sign a form with no explanation 6) took my money and started wiping the top of the box- I said don't worry too much about that (the dirt was mostly all o er me by this point) I would like it in the car for use straight away 7) there you go bye!!! So no, the service to show you how to work it was not evident the service to fit the seat was not evident and it might be an idea to train your staff on the stock they sell and give them some customer service skills while they're there. The only reason I have given 1 star is because it wouldn't allow me to give none. "
