" Initially we were a little disappointed with our room, the bathroom was particularly dated with rather grubby silicone and grout. We mentioned this to staff however, and they moved us to a much nicer room. The following morning, staff were again very friendly during breakfast and happy to accommodate our dog. Lovely staff and service but needs a little work to update the rooms. "

" It's all in need of a renovation. The rooms are all a bit old and shabby now, not what you would expect from a higher end hotel chain. Plus, on the 2 nights I stayed there wasn't any hot water, although I was offer alternative accommodation, which I didn't accept as it was all booked through my work. Potential is there for a lovely hotel, they just need to spend some money on it. "

" Location is great, service was ok, rooms could do with a fan as it was to hot but couldn't have window open as the music from the clubs/pubs was loud, could hear it even with the windows closed. "
