" Awful! Refused to pay! Kept awake all night by owner's dogs barking from midnight to 3am. Owner had gone out and left dogs outside in subzero temperatures without food, water or shelter. I finally let them in, freezing and distressed.
Owner promised us a refund but then, after we left, refused.
Untrustworthy owner - if you want anything, get it there and then or in writing or she'll lie. "
