" Dreadful!!! Came here for a day out with the children. Waited patiently in the shop to be served and buy our tickets. We were here as the pace opened and were second in the queue. The first people were dealt with by the lady on the till and then we were completely ignored. She proceeded to fill the cash register with money. We stood wondering when she was going to acknowledge us (which she never did!!!). We thought we would be served once she had filled the till but then the phone rang which she answered immediately and proceeded to give people information about visiting the mill and bread making sessions. At this point I walked out in disgust at her rudeness. I know we weren't invisible that day as we chatted with lots of people while queueing for the heatherslaw railway. Terrible customer service!!!!!!! "

" We all had a fantastic day today, We learnt new things & the kids had a ball learning & doing quizzes at the same time, our youngest loved finding the mice too !! We will definitely be back again very soon, a really enjoyable experience had by all & really friendly & helpful staff, Keep up the good work !! "

" Absolutely fantastic, stumbled across this little gem after a trip on the Heatherslaw Light Railway. Please don't leave without having a look at this corn Mill and taking the tour round. £10 for a family ticket and you get an escorted tour around and get to see how it works. Tony our guide was very knowledgeable and was great with our 6 1/2 year old letting him stop and start the water wheel so he could understand how it worked. "
