Dining room slightly small as could not accommodate all at the same time at 9:00 on a Sunday morning. Parking is tricky. We will come back I am sure. "

" Very impressive little hotel/guesthouse. Friendly and helpful staff both on reception and at breakfast. The best breakfast we encountered in several weeks in the UK. The bed was reasonably comfortable and a good size. The location was very good - out of the really busy areas, but still just a short walk away. Highly recommended. "

" Lovely hotel located in a fabulous Georgian terrace, close to Pulteney Bridge, so ideal for sightseeing in Bath. The room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The Manager and the staff couldn't do enough for us and helped us out of a tight spot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was superb, and the service was brilliant. I would recommend this hotel very highly and would definitely stay there again next time I visit Bath. "

" This is the first time staying in a B&B and it was a very nice experience. The room was spacious and the bed/bedding was very comfortable. The owners were welcoming and ensured that I had all that I needed. Sharing a bathroom is a new experience for me, but there is a suite with its own BR if you prefer. The house was filled with history and character. The breakfasts were delicious and consisted of local products. The owner was very compliant with breakfast times as well. The highway is busy and you could hear it from the room, but earplugs take care of that. I would definitely come back! "
