Went in for a long meeting, in which I gave all the info needed for them to quote. The guy I was talking to said he'd email me a copy of this information for my records, within 15 minutes or so. He also said that he'd be able to get some quotes back to me within 2 weeks.
That was about 3 months ago, and I've never heard back from them. I double checked my mobile number, landline, and email address before I left so I know they've got my details.
