" well i must say i am shocked at the two bad reviews as i have purchased 4 used Honda cars from those guys and as i used to work in the motortrade for 50 years ( not holdens or honda) i think i know a thing or two about the trade...and belive me those guys and girls at holden honda the best of the best! helpful..pleasant..nothing too much trouble and service equal to the best 5 star hotels! (i kid you not). superb quality people..sales..service...parts..what can i say? only the truth. they ALMOST make parting with money a pleasure! lol. i can only surmise that the negative experience by an unfortunate customer was a slip up; as i know normally hondas not up to holdens high standards would be traded out not sold from their forecourt. as far as i can say the best quality most reliable mass production cars in the world are honda and holdens the best quality dealership, with staff who DO CARE. (Now 5 cars soo that GOOD!). 09-7-2017 i would like to add that each and every time i have purchased a used Honda from holdens that i have been asked each time at point of sale if i would like to invest in a service plan., having all choices pointed out to me clearly each time i most certainly have as honda service plans are superb value and peace of mind with full AA cover renewed at every service. Whats not to like? A full Honda service record also helps preserve your vehicles re-sale value and keep it all genuine Honda. "

" Shockingly bad Honda dealership. Bought a civic from them in April 2016.. It was delivered in an unsafe condition! They had to arrange an independent vehicle inspection company to come and see the car to verify the issue . It was confirmed that suspension arm mountings were worn and brittle, and near side knocking from steering , plus other issues. Holden Honda clearly had not given the car a pre delivery inspection . Finally got a refund for car two weeks later . It's not July and still waiting for them to sort my tax refund as DVLA said they hadn't received notification from them. Total shambles and they never call
