I WILL NOT be shopping at this store EVER again. You open up a new, very large, store with lots of products that you don't have available in your other stores and, lo and behold, the car park apparently is limited to 90 minutes (NOT THAT I KNEW and probably hundreds of others don't either!).
I went with a friend on Thursday 17th October and we browsed around the store and spent quite a lot of money. It always takes longer when you are shopping with someone else !!
Imagine my horror when today I received a letter/parking fine for EIGHTY FIVE POUNDS !!!
What are you thinking of????
That store used to belong to Focus DIY and I am sure, like me, there are hundreds of people who thought it would just be the same - why do you NEED to have a time limit?? There is nothing else in that vicinity where people can go and no-one would want to park there other than for the store because there is nothing else.
