" I wish, there way a way where you couldn't give a star. This shop within the branch are totally rude, the blank you, have no customer respect or customer care. My dad went to some shoes and there where two staff members free talking away, he approached them and asked if they could help him.....they blanked him, so he asked again! still no response! Then they both walked off!! He worked in customer care at an airport for over 30 years and was appalled by what he had witnessed! So we left ! "
