" I was in the busy customer collection department yesterday and wish I had spoken up as a man aggressively complained in a bullying manner, because the 2 TVs he had bought did not appear in front of him immediately, he had to wait oh, perhaps as long as 4 minutes.
Amazing patient and smiling service from the 3 people who he demanded find his TVs immediately.Well done John Lewis staff , I should have said what your training probably doesn't allow you to say, this guy was totally out or order.
People should know that good customer service does not mean JL staff have to put up with anything. "
