" I took a dress here to be shortened - I was told it would be ready on Thursday by 12noon. I needed it for an event on Thursday evening. When I arrived to pick it up it hadn't even been started. Imagine my shock, they then said they would do it quickly in a half hour which they did but I had to leave for the the event 20minutes after getting the dress which was very disruptive. I won't return unless I absolutely have to. I wouldn't recommend!! "

" Took a Burberry trench coat in with a few marks. The marks are still there, and there is a new large brown mark on the front, like a burn mark from an iron! Gutted. "
