" I had a fabulous experience at this place. I was informed by the prices, discount and level of stylist while booking the appointment. The haircut done by Jason, the senior stylist and owner of the place, turned out to fabulous. Love the care and time he took to make my coarse messy hair bouncy and full of life. He paid attention to my requirements. "

" I had my partner booked in for a colour and cut here. Paid in advance and wasn't made aware at any point that they don't offer a refund policy. I was not made aware of this on the phone and due to unforseen circumstances, I had to cancel my partner's appointment. Upon request of the refund, I was put on to who was supposedly the manager. His customer service was less than abysmal and was only superceded by his absolute arrogance. On top of this, I wasn't offered which stylist my partner was to be styled by, it was just conveniently the highest price one. All in all, an awful experience. Customer service training and telephone manners is something the "manager" would definitely benefit from. "

" Had a hair cut and blow dry done by Greg today. Love the hair cut, friendly staff, well worth the money. You can tell by looking at the hair style that you've been to a decent salon. I had bad experiences in the past where I would pay £70 for cut and blow dry and looked like i had came out from the crop shop. Will definitely go back. Thank u. "
