My story was easy...
Transfer some money (not 20£ but 500£) I had to cancel transaction so wanted a refund ...they did but money did not arrived ,they didn't gave me accurate info about when .only today and I said thank you finally I know ...
Money still not in my account but I had been literally kicked out from the post office saying never come back while they still have my money.
